RUBBER STAMP ENGRAVING

This workshop is dedicated to the phenomenon of Rubber Stamping and the declination of relief printing within the visual and environmental representation. The matrices will be made step by sped experimenting with different colored erasers from Factis to Speedballs. We will test the state of the engraving through inking with colored pads and using oil-based but water-soluble inks using a roller and creating shades starting from the primary colors. The results will be collected in a booklet designed during the workshop, enhancing the folds of the paper by experimenting with various sheets and approaching the rendering on various surfaces. You may bring your own tool case or one of your on paper idea projects to then develop stamps starting from your personal theme.
